Internet Explorer 5+: Hold down the ALT key and press the access key, release both keys, then press ENTER.
Firefox 2+: Hold down the ALT and SHIFT keys, then press the access key.
Chrome and Safari: Hold down the ALT key and press the access key.
Opera 9+: Hold down the SHIFT and ESC keys, then press the access key.
